My name is Joshua Chase Lederer I am the owner of Recovery Electric, LLC. My wife (Erika Lederer) is my support. She has never doubted me and always supports me in any adventure. I could write a novel on how much she means to me; I am nothing without her. Together we have two young boys (6 & 4yrs old) the oldest is Maverick and the youngest is Remington. Our boys are a huge part of me wanting to start my own company. Prior to starting this company, I was a union electrician working 10-hour days most of the time and driving 1.5 hours one way. I was missing valuable time with my family, and I felt as if family life was passing me by. Before I knew it my oldest was 5 years old and I was missing sporting events because of work. Having the freedom of owning a business has allowed me to be present in my family's life and even be able to coach their football team this fall with the Northern Arizona Avengers. I want to show my boys how hard work and good ethics will get you somewhere in life, always to keep pushing and working hard. Maverick is wrestling with the Prescott Valley Big Horns and both boys are playing football with the Northern Arizona Avengers. We want to raise our boys to be a part of this community and to give back to those around us.

I have been doing electrical work for almost 10 years. As of February 9, 2024, I have been sober for 14 years, hence the name Recovery Electric.
