About Recovery Electric

Welcome to Recovery Electric, LLC! My name is Joshua Chase Lederer, and I am the proud owner of this family-run business. Alongside me is my incredible wife, Erika Lederer, who has been my unwavering support through every adventure. Her belief in me is immeasurable, and I owe so much of our success to her constant encouragement. Together, we are raising two wonderful boys, Maverick and Remington, who are the heart of my motivation for starting this company.

Before founding Recovery Electric, I was a union electrician, working long hours and commuting 1.5 hours each way. This demanding schedule meant missing out on precious family moments and important events in my children's lives. Realizing how quickly time was passing, I knew I needed to make a change. Now, owning my own business has given me the freedom to be present for my family and even coach their football team, the Northern Arizona Avengers, this fall. It’s my goal to teach Maverick and Remington the value of hard work and strong ethics.

Maverick is also involved in wrestling with the Prescott Valley Big Horns, and both boys play football with the Northern Arizona Avengers. We are deeply committed to our community and strive to instill these values in our children.

With nearly a decade of electrical experience, I am proud to say that as of February 9, 2024, I have been sober for 14 years. This milestone is reflected in our company name, Recovery Electric.

We specialize in residential, commercial, and troubleshooting services. Our offerings include 24-hour service calls, free estimates, and we accept all major credit cards. Recovery Electric is fully licensed, bonded, and insured.
